To enable us to do this we need to obtain data from Warwickshire County Council relating to the following areas: * Traffic Flow UTC/UTMC * Traffic Road Congestion UTC/UTMC * Journey Times UTC/UTMC * Signal Timings UTC/UTMC * Vehicle Classifications UTC/UTMC * VMS (Variable Messaging Signs) * Car Parking * Cycle Counts * Air Quality * Signal Faults These data-feeds should be available in real time and it must be possible for them to be added to our existing Playbook 1 system, an open data platform supporting the oneM2M standard. The Playbook 1 system is built upon the oneTRANSPORT data platform and the incoming datasets must be able to interface with this platform.",
