        "description": "***UPDATED INFORMATION***The Isle of Wight Council has a statutory duty to provide transport assistance between home and school for eligible children following an assessment of each child's ability to meet the criteria as detailed in the Home to School Transport policy. The Home to School Bus and Coach Services on the Isle of Wight (Mainstream and SEN) are due to be tendered and the new Contract(s) will commence from September 2020. The Isle of Wight Council is engaging with potential suppliers for Home to School Transport to inform our planned procurement which is due in April 2020.
