The Big Lottery Fund in Wales is seeking a Service Provider to assist with involving the public in deciding upon our future thematic priorities for 2019 - 2021, using quantitative methods. We want to listen and respond to what matters most to the communities we serve and in doing so source the services of a professional consumer and insight provider. Through this contract we want to ensure we involve the wider public in a process that enables us to gather their views on what matters most to them.
