There are some complex Programmes and Projects currently in delivery and the pipeline also includes smaller continuous improvement projects, iterating current live service. The breadth of the DCS Portfolio covers Finance; Human Resources (HR); Learning and Development; Estates; Change and Resilience; Communications and the Digital Chief Operating Office.
