The works comprise the alterations and upgrading of 4 toilet areas for both patients and staff. The Unit will remain fully operational during the works programme and there will be a phasing programme to ensure that toilet facilities are available for patients and staff at all times during the works. Tenderers will have to provide evidence of experience of working in a mental health environment. No lone working of any type will be allowed. All works must be completed before 31 March 2019 and the successful contractor must submit a programme for approval. The Trust's Capital Team has a list of preferred suppliers who are experienced/specialists in the mental health environment and these suppliers will be named for doors and building services including the staff attack alarm system and fire alarm system works.",
