In order to mitigate this risk, and to ensure adequate crossover so that Contracting Authorities, having commenced Pre Market Engagement, can continue to ITT publication and award prior to the current iteration of the Framework expiring, we are extending the current iteration of the Framework for a period of 12 months. NHS LPP will ensure that all Contracting Authorities are advised to undertake any new procurement processes under the new iteration of the Framework as soon as it is awarded and to only continue using the extended current iteration to complete processes that have already commenced",
