However, due to the anticipated high volume of applications, Ofgem requires support from a supplier to manage the initial stages of candidate assessment. The supplier will be required design and implement an attraction and assessment process from the point of application. All candidate management and communications will be managed by the supplier. The awarded supplier will also be supporting the facilitation of the assessment centres on behalf of Ofgem.
