The area now has the opportunity to work with government to develop a deal to support our existing and future communities and make our areas even more successful than they already are - unlocking our full potential. Two main strands of support: o Project Management support o Research and development of deal content Development work on the deal will take place between June and October 2021, with the Central Area hoping to agree Heads of Terms by the end of July 2021. Direct call off from SCAPE Consultancy Services - Infrastructure Framework. Single supplier framework: Perfect Circle. Perfect Circle is a company jointly owned with Pick Everard, Gleeds and AECOM. AECOM has done lot of work for infrastructure in the past and already have knowledge which will be helpful in delivering these services very fast.",
