There have been approximately 30 RTB applications over the last 6 month period. The Council cannot guarantee the quantity of valuations that will be required nor that each and every valuation will be allocated on this contract. The Valuer must either be a member the National Association of Estate Agents or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.",
