        "description": "Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of Integrated Sexual Health Services in Hertfordshire. This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 26.04.2022. To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on 26.04.2022. Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Tender submissions cannot be uploaded and submitted after this return deadline. Lots have not been used for this Contract as the Council is looking to award one contract to one Contractor, with potentially some areas subcontracted to other specialist Contractors.
