There are three strands to this programme, all of which will be delivered via telephone, Teams, or similar platform: * Coaching for primary, secondary and special school headteachers * SLT coaching - sessions co-designed with the senior leadership team Wellbeing workshops - A series of workshops for senior leaders to be delivered across groups of schools or Area Groups. These sessions will typically be between 1.5 and 3 hours in length, depending on the requirements of the schools.
