Lot 2 is for the provision of commercial waste bags. Potential suppliers are invited to tender for either or both of these lots. The same evaluation criteria will be used for both lots, so suppliers wishing to tender for both lots can upload the same documentation for both if they wish to. The Authority reserves the right to award the contract combining both Lot 1 and Lot 2 based upon the prices tendered for both Lots.",
