Direct contract award pending changes to the health system and delegation of functions to ICBs, ensuring providers have capacity to bid, post Covid and commissioners can be responsive to the market and ensure robust public and patient engagement is undertaken to ensure patient centred services that meet the needs of the population . The Contracting Authority intends to commission new services in line with relevant legislation. Future procurement processes will be published via Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
