Tender documents will include a specification of works, simple roof plan and existing photographs. Estimated value of works approximately PS80,000.00 plus VAT. Tender documents will be issued early August. The tender period will be 4 weeks. Subject to Council approval and agreement with the appointed contractor works can commence form late September onwards.
