The Integrated Dementia Service that is being commissioned comprises of * A Dementia Advice and Information Service * Dementia Training * Carers Support and Information * Meaningful Activities The commissioning authority welcomes Expressions of Interest from tenders from a single provider or a partnership between providers in delivering this Integrated Dementia Service. The procurement will be run using the Restricted Procedure. Tenderers will required to complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire initially. Following evaluation shortlisted providers will be invited to make a full tender submission.",
