The aim of this tender is to appoint a parking equipment supplier to replace existing car park access control system within the Saddlers Centre car park including ongoing maintenance. Implement a fully integrated Automatic Number Plate Recognition ticketless system with a barrier access control system which will: i. Deliver new and enhanced services to the car park facility, that will; ii. Deliver an 'Exceptional Service' throughout the customer journey; iii. Improve control and accountability; iv.
