        "description": "Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) and St Albans City & District Council (SADC) are jointly appointing a consultant to produce strategic sites design guidance to be applied across large urban extensions and new settlements in the two Local Planning Authorities (LPAs). An important aspect of delivering these new communities at large scale is creating the certainty amongst applicants and developers, Council officers and Council members and the wider public about the standard of design expected across the two LPAs in coming years.
