The procurement is made up of five overarching lots, with eight sub-lots available for tenderers to bid for. The lots cover all aspects of design, monitoring and construction of the project. To include designers, specialist consultants for digital and BIM Information Management, Mechanical and electrical contractors, constructors, and project co-ordinators.",
