        "description": "The Contract is to provide a support service for Damp Proofing and Timber Infestation Treatment works to Reading Borough Council or its partnering organisations in accordance with the schedule of rates for a duration of 4 years. The scope of the project is also the supply and installation of whole House ventilation systems (Positive Input Ventilation- PIV). The works will be generally small scale with an anticipated maximum individual order value of PS15,000.00. There may be exceptions to this level. The approximate total value for the works ordered using this contract is PS50,000.00 per annum. There is also no Guarantee of Any Work.
