Applicants are welcomed to provide bids for both contracts. Successful bidders will only be awarded one of the contracts. In the event one bidder is scored highest in both bids, the bidder will be offered the opportunity to select which contract they wish to accept, and the rejected contract will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
