        "description": "WYCA is seeking an experienced consultant to assist in procuring a base mapping layer. This piece of work has been split into three distinct tasks. * Task 1, the consultant to provide a short mapping report providing an overview of other Transport Authorities who have created their own base mapping layer for displaying customer information.
