Brief description: The Quality and Safety Team within Commissioning is a critical team to support the Council's ability to assure itself that services commissioned are at required standards. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to appoint 3 x Quality Assurance Officers to support the team in being able to quality assure the breadth of services commissioned, which include nursing and residential care homes, domiciliary care and supported living services, day care and supported housing services. The successful candidates will be able to work with minimum supervision and have excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to tactfully deal with conflict and challenge. This role is Hybrid working from home and Sandwell Council House Oldbury. The post is 37 hours per week and a Standard DBS is required. See JD and PS attached for further information.
