Contingency plan LPC is conscious that in the past few years, construction costs (including materials) has become volatile and prices have, in certain instances, grown substantially. For this reason, LPC needs to consider that the works may need to be reduced and to that effect, a lesser specification may be proposed based on the attached plans within the Tender Document.",
