        "description": "Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to establish a Framework agreement with multiple providers (\"the Suppliers\"), to deliver Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), Driver Assessment, Driver Training Licence Acquisition Additional information: This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender). Following registration, an email will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of your email address and password.
