PHE require a demolition and earth moving contractor for work at its site in Salisbury. Works expected to take place Sep - November. This will be to support a construction and refurbishment project at the DSTL Porton Down site. This is a pre-demolition and soil removal package to increase concurrent activity and to reduce the risk of delay to the critical path later in the project.
