The Authorities will work collaboratively with the provider(s) and each other to realise additional benefits and facilitate the successful delivery of the contracts. Type of procedure: Competitive procedure with negotiation. The contracting authority reserved the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations.
