Eleven (11) medium pumping appliances will be ordered in the first phase with an option to order an additional six (6) appliances. Contract will commence on the 1 February 2025 and expire on the 31 January 2041. The contract will have the ability to be extended up to a further two (2) years to expire at the latest 31 January 2043. The expiry date reflects the 15 year warranty/life period for the medium pumping appliances. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is between PS3,600,000 - PS5,800,000 exclusive of VAT.",
