There will be a requirement to support and coach the new quality committee chair, along with mentoring key staff to implement the newly designed process, to successfully manage the Quality Committee. L&L Consultancy have historically worked with various CCG's and Local Authorities across the local Health and Care system, and so are familiar with local workforce, geography and historical processes which enable an accelerated approach to the quality transformation.",
