        "description": "Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest to Tender under Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM1054 Technology Products Lot 1 Technology Hardware for the provision of a Citrix XenApp server-based computing infrastructure. Once you have reviewed the documentation please inform us of your decision to participate by selecting either 'Opt In' or 'Opt Out'. In order to submit a response, you will be required to 'Opt In'. All enquiries related to the Further Competition should be directed through the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal 'Correspondence' function by no later than 06 July 2015 at 12.00 Noon. The Council is under no obligation to respond to any enquiries received after this date.
