It meets the needs of the project and has been identified as equipment that will avoid potential compatibility and business continuity issues and to ensure it's aligned with the council's infrastructure and aligned to future ICT requirements. If the supplier intends to submit alternative equivalent equipment they must ensure and demonstrate within their tender that that it will meet these requirements.",
