        "description": "Site - Former ECC Library Headquarters, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0EN Essex Housing of Essex County Council (ECC) are supporting the delivery of housing to meet demand in the County and are developing a programme of potential housing projects. For the site above, Essex Housing are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Architects to provide architectural services covering RIBA stages 1 to 6 for a scheme comprising approximately 32 apartments for private sale housing, affordable housing and specialist housing (representing approximately 35%) together with associated external works, landscaping and car parking. The indicative contract sum for the scheme is PS3m. Please note the scheme is currently at concept design stage only and we are targeting submitting a planning application to Chelmsford City Council by no later than early Quarter Two, 2016.
