The Cost Consultant was required to commence on 1st April 2025. Due to time constraints, a direct award procedure via the Procure Partnerships Framework, Quantity Surveying Services section, was deemed the most appropriate process. The framework monitors the progress of the scheme and Avison Young will submit quarterly reports updating the framework on their progress.",
