Specialist contractors experienced in repairing flint and masonry historic churches are invited to express interest in repairs to the chancel roof at St Michael Coslany following deterioration of historic timbers. Current estimated project value PS100,000 - PS200,000 with a two stages selection process. Tender evaluation and award criteria will be 40% price 60% quality. Please indicate availability for preferred start date in autumn 2021.
