        "description": "The purpose of the Commercial Steering Group (CSG) is to support the delivery of the following three primary commercial strategic objectives of National Highways Complex Infrastructure Programme (CIP). Achieving these objectives will deliver the desired commercial outcomes on projects in a predictable and consistent manner, right first time. The CSG will set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) against these priorities, monitoring performance, and focusing its support against them.
