        "description": "A suitably qualified and experienced consultant is sought to address some of the barriers preventing greater uptake of Community Land Trusts across Devon. The project is being led by Mid Devon District Council on behalf of all councils in the Team Devon Grouping: Devon County Council, East Devon District Council, Exeter City Council, Mid Devon District Council, North Devon Council, South Hams District Council, Teignbridge District Council, Torridge District Council, West Devon Borough Council working alongside the Dartmoor National Park Authority and the Devon Association of Local Councils.
