Merchandising ? the sale of books, souvenirs and gifts related to the events and attractions found in the city. The centre is located in a prime city centre location with excellent window space. However, the current visual merchandising is poor and needs to be greatly improved. The object of this commission is to revitalise the customer-facing areas of the centre to allow it to perform its work more efficiently ? with a key emphasis on increasing merchandise sales through the design and delivery of effective display and shop fittings.
