End to End Recruitment: * Provision of candidate long and short lists * Aptitude/ability testing as appropriate * Candidate management process during and post selection process - including feedback, offer management and termination * Management of the end-to-end sourcing process from the receipt of a requisition for an ASW resource to managing the payment of fees and expenses to the individual ASW hired. * Efficient and sustainable back office capabilities * Vetting Process * Provision of Management Information Demonstration of SQEP Resources (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Person): * Verification of candidate competence and qualification Although, the Framework Agreement has a duration of four years, the initial award will be for a period of two years (January 2019 to December 2020). Thereafter, two further one year extension can be awarded at the sole discretion of the Employer.
