The works are separated out into 8 individual lots as follows; LOT 1 Asbestos Removal LOT 2 General Builder LOT 3 Roofing Works LOT 4 Electrical LOT 5 Scaffolding LOT 6 Kitchen renewals LOT 7 Bathroom renewals LOT 8 Post completion clean Unitas will be assuming the role of Principal Contractor on this project and the appointed Subcontractors will carry out the works under Unitas's overall supervision. The anticipated contract duration is 26.6 weeks. The works are to be completed in two sections as follows; Section 1 - start date 23/08/2023, finish 06/03/2024, duration 26.6 weeks Section 2 - start date 02/10/2023, finish 19/02/2024, duration 18.8 weeks.
