        "description": "Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council are looking to replace an existing HR & Payroll system. The new solution may be locally hosted or cloud based and must be an established solution that has delivered tangible benefits to other clients. The solution should have the following functionality: 1. capable of running multiple payrolls with different paydates and payscales; 2. capable of handling a minimum 2200 multiposts; 3. capable of handling pension deductions; 4. solution must be HMRC accredited; 5. self service function for staff; 6. have a flexible customer generated reporting tool; 7. have workflow management; 8. be capable of integrating with other Council systems including Matsoft application Additional information: This is an early engagement notice. The Councils intend to undertake market engagement exercise with a selection of potential providers to understand more about how the marketplace is developing and the type and functionality of the potential solutions available. Interested organisations should submit brief information (max two sides A4) about their organisation and an overview of the key functionality of the potential solution(s) available to the Councils to e: procurement@adur-worthing.gov.uk by 29th January 2018. It is anticipated that the market engagement exercise will take place week 6th February 2018.",
