        "description": "The ESPO national framework intends to provide a national solution for outdoor furniture. The framework will be awarded by lot on a national basis. The tender will be broken down into the following lots: * Lot 1A: Solar compacting smart bins (Purchase) * Lot 1B: Solar compacting smart bins (Lease) * Lot 2: Shelters and canopies * Lot 3: Metal outdoor furniture * Lot 4: Bollards The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
