The service will include: alcohol and drug structured treatment and interventions for both adults and young people; required criminal justice provision; advice for other professionals; recovery support; and provision of Needle Exchange and pharmacy-based supervised consumption. These last elements may be subcontracted by the provider. In-patient treatment provision remains a separate contract.",
