Leeds City Council is undertaking this tender on behalf of the Adoption England team, a collaboration of 32 Regional Adoption Agencies (RAAs) across England working together with a small national strategic team to help support them delivering high quality support for children and families. Tenders are invited from individuals working for themselves (e.g. sole trader, private limited company) and organisations which are able to put forward a named individual to deliver the work stipulated in this Service Specification.",
