        "description": "It is the Boards intension to award this contract to a single Contractor. The proposed works will comprise of building maintenance repair works and the application of decorative / protective coatings to the external / internal elevations of the lighthouse tower, and the removal and filling in of an old tank. More specifically, the main items of work are as follows: *Establish the site. *Erect \"Heras\" fencing around the perimeter of the site. *Ease and adjust doors to tower. *Fully / partially strip existing external paint coatings. *Fully / partially strip existing internal paint coatings. *Prepare and redecorate lighthouse. *Replace all defective mastic *Replace missing infill panels to railings. *Carry out minor repairs to roof and coat with 3M. *Remove rotten tank timbers and infill with concrete. *Dismantle \"Heras\" fencing. *Clear the site.
