The Essex Partnership comprises local authorities (including Essex County Council, Essex district councils and the unitary authorities of Southend and Thurrock), NHS clinical commissioning groups, the Police and Fire Service, universities, the voluntary and community sector and the business community. The work of the Essex Partnership is led through the Essex Partnership Board (EPB).
