This Procurement will establish a multi Supplier public sector Framework Agreement for the purchase of Specialist Courier Services. The Framework Agreement shall comprise of 7 individual Lots. The Authority reserves the right for Contracting Authorities to hold an electronic auction during further competition prior to an award of a contract. The Framework Agreement shall be for an initial period of three (3) years; the Authority may extend the duration of the Framework Agreement for any period up to a maximum of one (1) year. Additional information: Potential Providers will be assessed in accordance with Section 5 of Chapter 2 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, as amended (implementing Title II, Chapter III, Section 3, Subsection i of Directive 2014/24/ EU of the European Parliament and of the Council), on the basis of information provided in response to an Invitation to Tender ('ITT'). This procurement will be managed electronically via the Authority's e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this Procurement, Potential Providers must first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite. The Authority will process the email and then enable the Potential Provider to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite.
