Typical adaptations include stair lifts, wet rooms, ramps, wheelchair-accessible doorways, and extensions. As part of our Designer responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, we need to know if there are any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in the areas of the property to be disturbed. Therefore, Cheshire East Council are looking to appoint a contractor to carry our Asbestos Surveys & Testing. The period of the contract will be 24 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
