        "description": "BBLP on behalf of our client - Herefordshire Council - have a requirement to onboard Sub Contractors to support with the delivery of ad hoc schemes throughout the county. The schemes will vary in size and value from around PS5,000 to PS100,000. The Sub Contractors will be called upon to price. The works awarded to the Sub Contractor will be showing best value for money and meeting programme deadlines. BBLP require the Sub Contractors to complete the provided BOQ. BBLP will review tenders once received and will undertake a commercial comparison review with two sample jobs.
