        "description": "HSE is inviting tenders from individuals or organisations with the expertise to provide the provision of role players for the Regulators NEBOSH diploma assessment exercises which will help to provide an accurate and fair assessment of new inspector competence in interview and statement taking and will enable HSE to meet the NEBOSH accreditation requirements. To tender for this opportunity tenderers must submit a compliant bid in line with the Instructions to Bidders document (ITT). It should be noted that the deadline for submissions is 13.00hrs on 5th February 2016 Additional information: All requests for clarification or further information and any questions about the procurement should be submitted in writing to tenders@hse.gsi.gov.uk. Queries about the procurement must be received no later than 29th January 2016. No approach of any kind in connection with this Invitation to Tender should be made to any other person within, or associated with, the HSE. If HSE considers any question or request for clarification to be of material significance, both the question and the response will be communicated, in a suitably anonymous form, to all before the closing date for responses.
