Lot 1 and 2 is to cover ongoing spares and replacement parts required to maintain the current suite of equipment. There will also be a requirement for a limited number of replacement units. Lot 3 is for the hire of labour to cover the maintenance of a range of Health and safety equipment across all NI Water sites.'",
