In addition, the Council operates a successful commercial waste service and waste transfer station. The Council is looking for a contract for the treatment of mixed food and garden waste (commingled) collected from its kerbside collection service (Lot 1), Garden Waste only (Lot 2) and Food Waste only (Lot 3) only to form part of this contractual agreement, albeit that Food Waste only (Lot 3) is not currently an immediate requirement.",
